Boy was I wrong. In the first 4-5 days of using it I smoked about 25% of what I normally would (that is, I smoked about 4 real cigarettes on those days). It didn’t take a conscious effort, it just kind of happened. After that I thought I’d try for a non-smoking day. It was really easy (partly from being in a non-smoking house with awful weather outside). And so was the next day. Around the third day I wasn’t even thinking about smoking or not smoking.
